Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

We are very glad that you have chosen to purchase a Dwellcozy product. However, if you are experiencing a need for a refund or return, please be aware of the following policy.

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund before the order was processed for shipment after placing an order on phomemo.com.

Please note that once your order is in the processing stage, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Return

All Dwellcozy products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. We utilize state-of-the-art engineering and the best possible materials in use to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If, however, You are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt of the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
●Be purchased directly from the Dwellcozy Website.
●Have all the original packaging and manuals, etc.
●Be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package.
●Be in their original condition with all accessories, packaging and manuals included, and without any signs of use, damage, or markings.

Please note:
●For returns due to non-quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and tariffs.

Return Process

Contact support@dwellcozy.com to start the return process. Please provide us with your order number or the email address where you placed the order for confirmation.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

It should be noted that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide a logistics tracking number to our support team. We will process the relevant refund within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.

If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service:support@dwellcozy.com to obtain the designated return address. Returns sent without prior contact will be considered invalid and will not be refunded.

Non-returnable items

1. Items that cannot be resold after use.
2. Items that cannot be returned in their entirety, and you need to return them in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and trademarks.
3. Items not purchased from www.dwellcozy.com (official website).
4. Items that do not match the information on the warranty certificate.
5. Items that the shopping page on the official website specifies as non-returnable or non-exchangeable once sold.

Other Return Rules

1. For a full refund, the item must be returned with any accompanying gift.
2. Please inspect the item carefully when you receive it. If the package or item is damaged, you need to refuse the package and notify the delivery person immediately. If you find any defects in the merchandise after confirming receipt, you may need to provide photos and videos of the merchandise for verification.
3. If there are special circumstances verified by the dwellcozy team, you will be able to receive a direct refund without having to send back the item.
4. If it is determined that the defect is not due to the quality of the dwellcozy product, you will be responsible for the courier fees incurred in returning the item.
Returned items must be returned with all accessories.

Refund

In all cases where a refund is confirmed in consultation with the user, we will process the appropriate refund within 3 business days. We will notify you by email when your order has been refunded. If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us at support@dwellcozy.com.

Warranty

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of the purchase unless otherwise stated. During the warranty period, if your product malfunctions, it will be replaced based on Dwellcozy’s Terms of Service. To be eligible for the Warranty Program:

●You must be the initial purchaser of the new product from Dwellcozy.
●The product has been properly maintained, not abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired
●The purchaser voids this warranty if he, she or others attempt to repair, service or alter the product in any way.
●Discontinued products will no longer carry a warranty.

Do you ship internationally? How are shipping costs calculated?

No, we only shipping US currently. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method you select. Typically, orders over $40 USD qualify for free shipping.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by region: Within the US 3-7 business days.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

What if I receive a damaged, missing, or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following information:

- Your order number

- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item

- A photo of the outer shipping box (showing the shipping label)

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a partial/full refund as soon as possible.
